Elvis has left the building

Hey Reader!

Every week, when I sit down to batch my content, I ask myself one essential question:

What gear am I in this week? Low, medium, or high?

And I'll be honest: The past few weeks have been low, low, and low again.

A low gear week is when I've just got too much going on, and my content needs bare-minimum input. Between being busy with client projects, wrapping up my current Bold Content Collective cohort, and getting ready to leave the country for 5 weeks, it's no surprise I've been in low gear these past few weeks.

But here's where things get cool (okay, indulge my nerding out for a sec, would ya?! 😜)

Those crazy busy weeks are exactly where most people fall completely off the bandwagon. Content doesn't just take a backseat; it fully leaves the building, arm-in-arm with Elvis.

When you've got a low/medium/high test to run your week against, though, staying on track is soooo much easier. Knowing what your absolute bare minimum is — and I'm talking reallllly bare minimum — makes all the difference in continuing to show up in a way that feels manageable.

This week, I'm sharing my secret for keeping a good number of plants alive (despite being a terrible plant mom), and how I follow the same principles for keeping my content alive (even when it feels like the last thing I want to focus on).

Go watch/listen below, then let me know: Do you have a system in place to account for your bandwidth each week? Or do you fall into the all-or-nothing trap?

I have to tell you about this 🤯

It's not typical for me to share other people's offers with you (because I'm suuuuuuper picky about what will be actually helpful for my audience). But my friend Lori Young (@offer_magician) just launched a ridiculously cool tool called The Offer X-Ray™. I just went through it myself and my mind was legitimately blown.

It's an AI-powered offer diagnostic tool that audits your offer across 6 layers of the entire offer lifecycle. And I'm being so for real when I tell you it's insanely detailed.

Lori's an offer strategist with 20+ years of experience helping coaches, consultants, and service-based experts figure out exactly why their offers aren't converting. She's taken the same framework she uses with her private clients and built it into a crazy powerful tool that's just $47 right now (price is going up to $77 in a few weeks).

Okay, that's all from me for now! See you next week, Reader!

Boldly yours,

Hey Reader! Every time Tzvi and I come back from a trip, somebody asks us some version of the same question: "So, which near-death experiences did you get yourselves into this time?" It's a fair question. We have a bit of a track record 🫣 Like that time during Covid when we went hiking in the Adirondacks without food, water, or gear, and hit a full-on blizzard by the time we got to the peak. We swore we'd never do something that stupid again. ...Until the story I'm telling on this week's...

Wildlife gif. A white owl turns his head to look straight at us and has an expression of pure shock. Its eyes are wide and its mouth is open as if gasping.

Hey Reader! A few nights ago I was taking my supplements with dinner, fully on autopilot, when I realized (with a gasp of horror!) that I'd just swallowed my morning ADHD meds right along with them. It was 6:30pm, and I immediately started panicking about the sleepless night I was sure was coming. I take my ADHD meds first thing every morning because it's a stimulant, and my sleep is already a nightly negotiation with my anxiety and chronic pain. My very first thought, as soon as the pills...

Hey Reader! I spent 6 hours building a new desk for my office yesterday. It's beautiful and I love it and it makes so much more sense for the space. But... I really built it for someone else. In about a month, my husband and I are heading out of the country for 5 weeks, and we're house swapping with another family, which will save us a boatload of money on accomodations. I'm super excited, and I'm also overthinking every little detail 🫣 I've started looking at every corner of my house through...
